Cancellation Policy

Clear terms, no surprises.

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit.

The remaining balance is paid on the day of the cruise, prior to departure.

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled departure (full refund of the deposit)

• 50% of the deposit is refunded for cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before departure

• No refund of the deposit for cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure

In case of unsuitable weather conditions, the cruise may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of any amount paid will be provided.

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
